Ultra-Light, Impressively Rigid, Highly Durable – We've revolutionised our ZAP SUP construction to optimise rigidity, reduce weight and maintain shape control (via the rocker profile) and durability. Advanced ZAP Rigid Air technology allows to put incredible 20+ PSI pressure for added rigidity. Double or triple layer rails maximise durability where needed most and helps to maintain shape.
Reinforced X-Cross Drop Stitch
The top and bottom layers are connected by cross-woven multiple threads, creating 50% more durable warp and weft tensile strength than existing drop stitch technology
High Rigidity

Our high quality Double Layer MSL Fusion X-cross drop stitch material makes our boards superior in terms of quality, stiffness and durability, delivering the very best overall performance both on and off the water. Dual and triple layer side rails are made of military grade high density 0.7mm 1000D PVC.
Design
Forget about dull SUP boards. White primary colour reflects heat, complimentary vibrant rails and EVA pads are highly visible for on water safety. Introducing new 2022 full printed bright and vivid designs!
